No simple fix: It is probably an inherited metabolic issue. Diet does not help once the adipose is present. Diet may help prevent further deposition, so a low carbohydrate diet may help as well as vigorous exercise. Lymphatic drainage may help the edema, but it will not get rid of the adipose deposits.
