Yes: It is best to avoid most dairy for awhile after food poisoning as you may temporarily not be able to digest lactose but yogurt has little lactose so should be ok. I don't advise the brat diet (best to avoid gluten for awhile too) but rice and other fruits ; veggies should be ok (though cooked veggies will be easier to digest now than raw veggies).
