Not so bad: If you mean like frozen vegetables-good idea, always in the house, don't wilt, go bad; plenty enough nutrition; much better than not eating it. If you mean like frozen entrees, less good; most are over salted, over fat, or not so tasty. Better to make your own in big enough portions and then freeze the extra for another meal or 2.
