All you need: To do is get good quality healthy food and eat less of it than you burn off with exercise. You have to burn off 3500 calories that you don't eat to lose a pound. You don't need anything exotic or expensive or with a name on it. Find something you can follow for the rest of your life. Weight watchers and similar programs can help w/support. Good luck.
