Perhaps: There is one study out of israel that showed improvement of symptoms but not remission of the disease in 10/11 patients who used medical marijuana, 2 joints daily for 2 months. This is a very small study and did not achieve the results we use to judge every other medical treatment of crohn's disease: actual healing of the gut lining. Also, "weed" from a dealer is probably not as safe.
