Depends on symptoms: There have not been enough studies done on the relationship between caffeine and Crohn's yet, but there are a few things to consider whether to keep with the habit or stop. Caffeine can worsen your diarrhea, make digestion worse, and dehydrate you. You could do a trial off of it and see if you feel better or worse. If you are fairly well controlled it's probably fine but something to think about.
