Can you drink alcohol and smoke with crohn's disease?

I don't think either: Will make crohn's disease worse specifically. But smoking will certainly hurt your lungs and all air passages. Small amounts of alcohol will probably not hurt, but large amounts can harm any GI tract, with or without crohn's disease.
