Not curable: Crohn's disease is not curable but can be well managed with the right medications. There are lots of manifestations of crohn's including weight loss, anemia, abdominal pain, vomiting, bowel obstruction, malabsorption, and diarrhea. Crohn's is tricky to diagnose. Please consult your primary care doctor.
