Yes: Yes, but not until your doctor gives you the all clear. Yu can also resume wearing high heels, but i don't recommend them for skydiving.

Once you are healed: You can skydive after bunion surgery as long as it is far enough out from surgery. You would need to make sure your foot is completely healed before attempting any type of sport that requires use of the feet. However, if you landed too hard or landed wrong you can injure the foot and possibly require further surgery. This could happen whether or not you have had previous bunion surgery.
