Be careful: The nasal bones are the weakest bones in the body. After surgery they require time to heal. A trauma to the nose while it is still healing may compromise you result. I would wait 6 months after surgery at a minimum. Call your surgeon and follow their advice.

Healing needs time.: Non contact sports can usually be started at 4 weeks but for contact sports or sports requiring jumping/tumbling, it may be prudent to wait a little longer. Consult with your plastic surgeon as he/she may have more specific instructions and recommendations for you.

Exercise After Rhino: Rhinoplasty patients typically return to work, or in your case, workout within 4-6 weeks after surgery. Heavy activity, including bending and lifting, should be avoided early on and i would wait an additional two weeks. After that, most normal activities and exercise can be resumed. https://pacificcenterplasticsurgery.com/procedures/face/nose-reshaping/.

varies by surgeon: I typically recommend that patients avoid contact sports and intense physical activity for six weeks post rhinoplasty. Your surgeon may have a different protocol and you should discuss this with him or her.
