Rhinoplasty: It may be a bony step-off from the osteotomy. It would be much more appropriate and useful to direct this question to your surgeon who knows what he did and is able to examine you.

Dacryocystitis?: There are times when the lacrimal sac or nasal lacrimal duct becomes involved with the lateral osteotomies of the rhinoplasty. The best thing to do is return to your surgeon and see if the lacrimal sacs may be enlarged and his suggestions.

Should resolve: the nose takes a year to heal. See your surgeon for evaluation if you can. You may need a steroid injection to decrease swelling or scarring.
