Routine: This is one of the most common reasons for a rhinoplasty. If this is the only thing "wrong" with your nose, it should be a routine case. Of course, that's hard to know without examining you or seeing a photo. Best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon or ENT about it.

Minimal to moderate: It depends on the size of the "bump". A small bump could be removed through a small internal incision and simply rasping down the bone. Larger bumps may require fracturing and repositioning the nasal bones, in addition to rasping the bone, to achieve a satisfactory result.

Depends: Sometimes a bump alone can be removed relatively simply. You need to get a consult with a rhinoplasty surgeon to find out.

Dorsal hump: Removing a dorsal hump is a routine maneuver for a rhinoplasty specialist. Removing the hump is simple, but reconstructing the middle vault to prevent collapse and future breathing (nasal valve collapse) and cosmetic problems (inverted-v deformity) is the part that adds complexity. It's important to seek out a board-certified surgeon experienced in rhinoplasty for long-term results.
