No way!!: If you had a closed reduction it means you had a fracture. I would recommend waiting a year to perform rhinoplasty. Swelling in the nose lasts for a long time and you don't want to jeapordize your result.

Even though: It may feel healed on the outside, there's no way it's remotely close to being healed on the inside. Most surgeons would wait 6-12 months before doing a rhinoplasty after your nasal fracture. Waiting longer is better.
