Fixing my nose: There are several things that need to happen. Swelling needs to go away and this will be quick. However it takes linger for the bones to heal. Usually 3-6 months is sufficient.

1 year : Most surgeons recommend waiting about a year for all of the swelling to resolve after the fracture and for the bones to solidify.
