No : You will not get ludwig's . Ludwig's angina is an infection in the floor of the mouth. After an extraction there will be a hole where the tooth was that can take weeks to fill. It is good that you have an appointment to have this area checked. Unless you have severe pain, swelling or fever you can wait until your appointment. Try to relax, take some deep breathes and don't worry so much.

Unrelated: I'm assuming you used the internet to research this issue. Please don't as you are worrying for nothing about two issues that are unrelated and not possible. If indeed you do have a small opening between the socket where the tooth was removed & your sinus, it usually heals on its own uneventfully. Antibiotic coverage in these situations is a good idea & your own dentist can evaluate & discuss w u.

Sinuses: An oro-antral communication can occur after an extraction of the posterior maxillary teeth. If this has happened to you, don't blow your nose, which will create excess pressure in your sinuses, possibly dislodging any blood clot in the socket. Allow your dentist to evaluate the situation, and relax. Ludwig's occurs under the tongue.
