Always very stuffy allergies, rhinitis, deviated septum. i noticed in the last few months when in blow my nose i sometimes get a sensitivity in one tooth. it's the third from from the back, upper. tooth or sinus issue?

Probably Sinus: Sinus issues can result in sensitivity of the maxillary teeth, especially the posterior teeth. However, without knowing the history of the tooth, restorations, root canal therapy, etc, it might be wise to have your dentist take a look to rule out anything dentally related.
