Teeth clenching?: Do you grind or clench your teeth especially while sleeping? See someone specialized in temporomandibular joint problems.

2nd opinion: If all of your teeth throb, it is most likely something that would affect all of your teeth such as clenching, grinding, periodontal issues, or sinusitis. This problem is very difficult to diagnose over the internet without an exam and more information.

Sinus infection: Perhaps it is actually a sinus infection. Have you seen an ENT? If not sinus infection, have you been evaluated for bruxism?
