No: No it cannot. You want to maintain a serum uric acid under 6 mg/dl. If it has risen above that level, increase the Allopurinol to 300 mg daily.

No: Cucumber should not cause a gout attack, get uric acid checked and may need to increase dosage of allopurinol.
