1st find out cause: Before considering treatment options, it's imperative to 1st find out cause because different treatment options work for different causes. Pressure in head & eyes could be due to tension headache, migraine headache, sinus infection, glaucoma, etc. Each requires a different approach. So go see your family doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment/referral.
