Bang A Gong (T Rex): Well, you're young and you made it through the night. That's a good sign. Feeling a little punk with a headache or slight queeziness is a pretty normal response. But if things start to get worse (dizzy, vomiting, increasing headache, feeling like there's a need for an exorcist) then you should get to a doctor for evaluation. By the way, you didn't mention what konked you or if you blacked out.

Yes: Any trauma to the head should be evaluated, especially if you had any loss of consciousness.

Yes...: I would say yes, get seen ASAP. Especially if you are having vision changes, persistent vomiting, severe headache, dizziness, fainting. This could be just a simple concussion but could also be related to something more serious and only with a more specific evaluation and exam it could be determined how serious this is.

Yes: head injuries can be serious especially if your vision or eyes are affected. Please see your doctor as soon as possible or go to the nearest ER

TooManyIssuesForGood: advice from a distance. Concussion guaranteed. Severe intracranial bleeding ↓odds (because you are awake, typing/asking this question). Subdural hematoma can be slow to develop/show. "Pressure" behind eyes a clue but still far too many variables. Better exams based on far more details/clues, signs/requests of what maneuvers the person can/cannot do well, sometimes imaging data (? ↑$ CT or MRI) etc
