SLE: Yes, anything that may trigger some stress or sunlight exposure most definitely incites your flare ups. Ask your dr. For methods to help prevent flare ups even with nl labs.

Neg ana. Anti ds DNA indeterminate (value 6) 0-4 neg, 5-9 indeterminate, 10+ pos. All other labs normal. Possible lupus? No real other symptoms.
Can very high positive ANA alone possibly make one feel tired and just not well when other labs are currently normal in person with lupus/sjogren.How?
