Can i still possibly have drug induced lupus with a negative ana and normal anti histone ? all symptoms point to it but all labs negative. i do take high risk medications?

Typically, with drug-induced lupus, the anti-histone would be abnormal. So, see a rheumatologist to determine if drug-induced lupus can be diagnosed in your case based on symptoms alone or if there is an alternate diagnosis to explain your symptoms. Good luck to you!
