Several reasons:: One is simply carrying the diagnosis. It must be reinforced that most patients leads quite normal lives, without disruption. There is "on this web site" the term "brain fog." it can causes fatigue and poor sleep. But you did not specify why you feel "terrible." depending on the issue, it may not be your lupus!
