Unlikely: Without obtaining a full history and physical exam and perhaps some testing of the discharge it is difficult to know exactly what is going on, but the two are not likely to be inter-related. If these keep up you may want to get your family doctor to examine you. Good luck.

URI: Vaginal discharge need more description to be able to suggest etiology .The symptoms of cold and cough suggest viral upper respiratory infection. Push warm fluids and use analgesics and decongestants . See your doctor.
