Mgt: I would suggest an evaluation, and a virtual inbox consult may be useful to you and your doctor. You may need a course of antibiotics for sinusitis. Nasal saline rinses may help to relieve symptoms. Since you have RA, you may be taking immunosuppressant medications and I would suggest an evaluation.
