Chest pain: Chest pain with changing positions is more likely musculoskeletal in nature, involving your ribs, muscles, etc. Occasionally, acid reflux may present with chest pain usually when you are lying in bed due to stomach acid escape to your esophagus from your stomach. Heart issues are less likely.
