Can a 1 year old weighing 13.5 kg diagnosed with adeno virus and rsv have a lung transplant?

Doubt it: I doubt there would be donor lungs available or a team that would attempt it in most parts of the world. Such a question is best posed to those who would be in the position of needing to consider it.

Infection risk: Prior to transplantation in most cases, the recipient should be free of infections which may cause post operative and post transplantation complications. RSV and Adenoviral infections of the respiratory tract may be quite serious in the immunocompromised patient. A virtual consultation may be arranged to review records and provide a second opinion, when scheduled online via Healthtap.
