It could: Please see your orthopedic doc or neurologist or nerosurgeon whomever u saw before or if you have moved , please call your OB so your OB can refer you for evaluation, u may need physical therapy while you are pregnant which is fine and they may rec u do not labor due to the disc problem you may need to have an elective csection at 39 weeks which has its advantages and disadvantages.
