Unlikely: Disc bulges are asymptomatic incidental findings they dont consistantly cause any symptoms in my opinion

A central bulge: at L4/L5 would be unlikely to cause all of those symptoms. Things may have changed since a few months ago, however, and if you are having new symptoms, you may need to be reevaluated.
