45kg=99pounds: Weight is only one variable regarding health. We use body mass index (bmi) to approximate normal vs overweight vs obese. See http://www.Nhlbi.Nih.Gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi/bmicalc.Htm for calculator. If you're less than 5' tall, then your bmi is fine. If you're taller, than you're underweight. Health also depends upon fitness eg strength, endurance, flexibility. Don't forget mental/emotional heal.
