Yes: Try to follow these guide lines: 1. Get a complete physical including blood panels with your family physician. 2. Have him or her refer you to a dietician. It's the same routine whether or not you need to lose weight or gain weight. There is no magic bullet and to do it in a safe way, take my above advice.
