Pediasure: High calorie drinks like pediasure or ensure can help. Take 1 can after dinner as this should be addition and not substitution.

Protein and Fat: I would suggest increasing your caloric intake with smaller more frequent meals. Lean protein (e.g. free range chicken, wild salmon, legumes) and healthy fats (nuts, coconut oil, avocado) can help with gains in lean muscle mass and weight. I would be careful consuming increased amounts of sugar (e.g. high fructose corn syrup) which will lead to unhealthy weight gain.
