At your current height, that would be 169 pounds, but you may be getting taller. Focus on eating a healthy diet and maintaining an active lifestyle more than just the numbers though.

Varies: The 25-75% range of healthy weights for a male at 19 is from140-168, with a 50% of153. A weight of 175 is still considered normal but in the top range, above 178 would place you in the overweight category. These numbers & BMI standards are derived from thousands of individual weights and generally assume average muscularity.
