Pediatric dentist : Did they come in discolored or did this happen after falling or perpahps there is decay. The best thing for you to do it take him to a pediatric dentist for an evaluation.

Needs to be seen: I would love to be able to give you a quick and accurate answer to your question. However there are many possibilities and without actually being able to be seen, that's not possible. Some conditions would not require any treatment and is of no consequence while othesr would need attention. The good part is that the baby teeth will be lost regardless. Please take your child to a pedodontist.

See dentist: That's not right. Causes are multiple and can be lack of Fluoride or excess of Fluoride in the water, decay is another reason. See dentist for further explanation.

Investigate: many causes for discoloration. Some are benign, others signify infection or disease. Most common cause is decay (infection) which requires immediate treatment. If your child has not yet seen a Dentist he/she is half a year overdue. Please call Dentist, preferably a pediatric Dental specialist, a Pedodontist, immediately. Your Family Dentist can recommend a good Pedodontist in your area.
