It can be: If they were loose then yes. Some children are early in losing teeth and others are late...If she had previous trauma to any of them, then the baby teeth die and fall out a little sooner. No worries!

Not typical: Usually most children do not start to lose these teeth until they are between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 years old. Some children can be ahead of the usual curve and start this early, but it is unusual. Sometimes teeth will come out early if they have been traumatized. Please have them evaluated by a pediatric dentist. They will be able to give you better guidance.

Within limits: Those are the first teeth to exfoliate in children and while unusual, not abnormal.

See Pedodontist: If she were older, this would be quite normal. At the age of four, it's not typical at all. While it could be at the extremes of normal eruption range, i think it warrants you taking her to a pedodontist to have it checked out. It is always better to be safe than sorry. She might have had a traumatic blow to her teeth (whether or not you remember or were aware of it) and this might be the cause.

3 bottom milk teeth: Was she complaining of a problem there at all? Or were the teeth there when she was born? Sometimes teeth are present in children at birth and called neonatal teeth and there also can be natal teeth which erupt almost immediately after birth, but if those teeth which tend to have irregular roots come out i would suspect it would have been even sooner than 4 yrs of age. Have it checked out, .
