Reflux: One possible explanation is reflux. If her growth is normal and she is gaining weight, feed at a 30-40 angle and slower feedings may be helpful. A formula thickening agent can be used to reduce reflux. Discuss treatment options and ruling out milk allergy with your pediatrician. Most babies will outgrow reflux as they gain weight over time.
