Is it safe to pull my 6 year old sons milk teeth at home?

Deciduous Teeth: As your son's secondary teeth erupt, they put pressure on the roots of the primary teeth which causes the roots to dissolve. This makes the primary teeth loose and allows them to fall out on their own, at the right time. Wiggling a loose tooth is not a problem... trying to remove a fully anchored tooth without anesthesia will be painful and might result in a fractured root or damage to adult tooth
