Get good advice: A banana has 100 calories which is a lot if you are on, say, a 1600 calories per day weight reduction diet. You're not likely to overeat grapes, which are low-calorie. If by "chicko" you mean "chicken", this is a good lean source of protein. I suspect you are getting your weight loss information from subscientific / "pop" internet sources; get with your physician or a real nutritionist instead.
