11 year old's diet: 11 year olds can be a challenge to get to eat right. Try blending cooked vegetables in pasta sauce/ lliquid soup broth &serve that way. 4 fruits, blend fruits and make popsicles at home, you can get creative & have the child make fun shapes out of fresh fruit jello, as well & they would then enjoy eating their creations. Variety is key, so serve things differently & they will probably eat better.
