Likely hydrocele, which can occur on either side of scrotum. No mention of which kind of ball size, presume more likely baseball size rather than golf ball. Entirely benign, but may well enlarge as time goes by 7 be either embarassing and/or annoying when running or bicycling. Suggest you see urologist who can permanently take care it by straightforward excision not temporary aspiration. Good luck

grape size nontender 'ball' is probably an epidydimal cyst. see a urologist for proper diagnosis
