Call your dentist: Call the dentist that prescribed the medications about this problem. Could be that the antibiotic is not working or you are having a reaction to it. Or something else is going on. Get checked out.

Dental infection: Penicillin is prescribed for an infection and loratab is a narcotic pain reliever neither of which are likely to cause the swelling you describe. Likely the swelling is due to the infection you are being treated for. Usually it takes 24 hours plus to respond to the antibiotic then the swelling should go down. If not, or if it is getting worse, call the doctor. Good luck.

Progressing infectio: Sounds like a possible tooth infection. These progress rapidly and often oral antibiotics cannot work quickly enough to reverse its course. Go see and endodontist or skilled general dentist and have the causing tooth treated.
