My husband has been on penicillin since then he is getting terrible headache starting in one nostril moving into the head he takes strong pain killers immediately a nasal spray and usually a shower. this helps but happens at last 3 x a day. ?

Sinus pain : It sounds like he needs to see a doctor in person. Severe headaches may be a complication of sinus infection. With severe headaches in the setting of sinus or nasal infection, a CT may be needed
