No contraindication: All three medications can be used together, assuming you don't have an individual reason for not using anyone of the the three. Remember ibuprofen can affect your stomach, so if you decide to use it, consider taking it with food. Also if your pain isn't resolving or is getting progressively worse through all the medications, please consider seeing your doctor again.

Head pain: Yes, as long as you do not have a contraindication to ibuprofen, such as an ulcer or kidney failure. If the pain you feel is sinus pain, you may need a saline nasal spray to loosen up the mucus so that it can drain. Nasocort will help also.
