Penicillin-resistant staph infection in eyes spread through head. single antibiotics have failed. what would be the best antibiotic cocktail to take?

Follow directions: If you truly have a resistant staph infection you probably need IV antibiotics and at very least IV vancomycin should work. Is an infectious disease specialist involved? Have cultures with antibiotic susceptibilities been done?
