Head pain at top of head and forehead when looking up and down - since april. bloodwork came out good & neuro exam, could it be a brain tumor? :(

Unlikely: From your description the pain originates in your scalp muscles (frontalis) - that can result from many things including squinting (need new glasses) - sinusitis - posture (long hours in front of the computer) etc. Brain tumor highly unlikely - see a good physician to get a diagnosis for your headaches (need a physical exam to pinpoint the pain generators).
