When i lay down, the left side of my hurts. the pain is in a specific area. it is gradually getting better. it hurts more if i turn to right side of my head. my right eyelid has also been flickering for few weeks. is it brain tumor?

Without physiological examination, neurologic examination, brain scan, CT Scan, etc., it is impossible too tell from just "it hurts" and my eyelid flickers. You should have a GP that sees you regularly for baseline data and deviation from baseline. If you don't have a GP, find one.
