Unlikely: Brain tumor is the last thing you need to think about as they are uncommon. Let us think of common things first! in a 20 year old, serious illnesses are extremely rare. Yet if this symptom persists, or it gets worse beyond 2 to 3 weeks, you should get a medical check up. Your doctor can find out if there is anything wrong with your health/ may check your blood as you might be anemic, so a CBC migh.
