Doubt tumor: head dyscomfort symptoms are like snow flakes. Rarely do 2 people describe the same type of symptoms based on their perception. You wont' find anything in the literature about a ping pong sensation in your head. After 23 hears I have learned that unusual sensations like this that haven't been described in the literature mean nothing. Ping pong sensation can point to middle ear issue.
