Yes! Go back!: It is impossible to say what you have from your symptoms. This is likely a supraventricular tachycardia. You need further evaluation. At your age this is mainly an annoyance, but could be life threatening if you have the symptoms in an unsafe situation. What you need in my opinion is an EVENT RECORDER. This can be provided by your cardiologist or even primary physician. Get diagnosed and get well!
