I have every symptom of heart failure. pcp dosnt think thats it. 4 years ago when my symptoms started, tons of tests (echo, nuclear stress ,ekg) all results were normal. ct of chest noted possible copd.. no pleural eltusions.. what can cause symptom?

You seem convinced that your symptoms are due to heart failure. If your symptoms have lasted 4 years or more, both physical findings and the test results would have been more abnormal. Heart failure is uncommon at your age and in 4 years I would expect the symptoms and signs to have been difficult to miss. Further, echo and nuclear tests would have been diagnostic. Without knowing what actual symptoms you’ve been having for the last four years, the tests your doctor ordered would have revealed the presence of structural ( heart valve, heart muscle) problems as well as functional (how well your heart is pumping) problems, and whether there is evidence of blockage to the arteries that supply the heart muscle. Discuss your symptoms in detail with your doctor.
